For compost production Phase 2 and 3 we have several tunnel filling machines available.
For filling machines 2 options are possible:

TUNNEL FILLING CONVEYOR LINE:

This conveyor line is made of several conveyors on wheels which can be hooked after one another to get a line.
The length of the line depends of the length of the tunnel and the position of the feeding hopper. During filling the conveyor line drives backwards and conveyor can be unhooked when out side of the tunnel.
The first part of the filling line is a separate device with a swivelling conveyor for even filling all over the whole width of the tunnel, to be able to fill in layers this swivelling conveyor also can be adjusted in height and speed.

TUNNEL FILLING CASSETTE:

This machine a telescopic conveyor system with conveyors on top of one another, during filling the conveyors are driven backwards on top of one another. The front part is also a swivelling conveyor, height and speed adjustable for even filling of the compost in the tunnels. At the end of filling the whole machine will be outside the tunnel and can be moved to another tunnel.
