MECHANICAL HARVESTING EQUIPMENT:

We have available complete mechanical harvesting machinery.

CUTTING MACHINES:

These machines can cut all mushrooms in 1 operation. The mushrooms are cut and sidewards transported out of the shelving. The mushrooms can be collected direct into packages or transported over a conveyor out of the rooms to a central point where even grading on size is possible.

STUMP REMOVING MACHINES:

After cutting by machine the stumps of the mushrooms are still on the beds and can be removed by a stump removing machine. After removal the beds are ready for the next flush.

MUSHROOM CONVEYORS:

For transport of the cutted mushrooms we have special mushroom conveyors for transporting the mushrooms out of the room to the central corridor where grading on size and filling the packages can be done.

MUSHROOM GRADING MACHINES:

This machine grades the mushrooms on size. Conveyors with different holes grade the mushrooms and fill the packages.

Machines with 2, 3 or more grades are possible.
